Product Description: LSAT (La, Sr) (Al, Ta) O3 is a new non-perovskite crystal twinning.LSAT with a variety of high-temperature superconductors and oxide materials have good match. LSAT low melting point, with the Czochralski method, the cost is relatively low. Thus, it is expected to replace LaAlO3/SrTiO3 as an epitaxial oxide thin monocrystalline substrate giant magnets are widely used in electrical and superconducting devices.
