Lab High Temperature 1700C Single Zone Tube Furnace with MoSi2 Heating Element
This tube
furnace uses a silicon-molybdenum rod as a heating element, and adopts a
double-layer shell structure and a temperature-controlled instrument, which can
perform 30-stage program temperature control, phase shift triggering, and
thyristor control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber
material, and the ends of the furnace tube are sealed by stainless steel
flanges. Gas nozzles, valves and pressure gauges are mounted on the stainless
steel flange. The vacuum can reach 10-3 Pa when vacuuming. The furnace has the
advantages of temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast
temperature rise and fall, and energy saving. It is an ideal product for
high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiment and
vacuum annealing in universities, research institutes and industrial and mining
enterprises.
