Clinical Uses

1. Local Anesthesia:

Injectable:

Infiltration anesthesia (0.5–2%).

Nerve blocks (1–2%) for dental/dermatologic surgery.

Ventricular Tachycardia/Ventricular Fibrillation: IV lidocaine (1–1.5 mg/kg bolus).
