2、Product installation
This product is recommended for horizontal installation.The arrow on the base indicates the direction of medium flow.The media inlet and outlet port connection must be correct, and the inlet side shall be equipped with a high efficiency filter.
Installation steps:
(1)After taking out the flowmeter, check its appearance to make sure there is no loss;
(2)Connect and clean pipes;
(3)Install the flowmeter on the pipe and note the following;
①In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the Flowmeter, the upstream end of the Flowmeter should be connected first, the upstream straight section should meet the minimum requirement of 10DN, and the downstream straight section should meet the minimum requirement of 5DN;
②When the flowmeter is installed, it shall not contain any sealing material;
(4)Connect the power cable, pay attention to the polarity of the connection, and make sure the input dc voltage is at (5~12) VDC;
(5)If it is necessary to connect the signal line, make sure that the signal line is correctly connected to the corresponding user interface;
(6)Turn on the power and the LCD display is correct;
(7)Open the upstream and downstream valve of the pipeline and the flowmeter begins to measure the gas flow in the pipeline.
