Dispersion of MWCNTs and its effect on electrical and mechanical properties of cement-based materials.
The experimental results showed that when the ultrasonic treatment time was 30mins, the concentration of MWCNTs solution was 1%, and the addition amount of dispersant pvp-k30 was 7%, the dispersion effect of MWCNTs was the best.
When MWCNTs are dispersed well in cement-based materials, the resistivity of cement substrate decreases with the increase of the dosage, and the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based materials increase with the increase of the dosage.
