Applications:
Luggage Walked Wear Test Machine simulating the situation when luggage moves and keep it in continuous testing, is to test the quality of wheels, axle, wheel frame, tie rod and luggage, calculate and evaluate the wear value of wheels. Put moderate weights in the testing sample. When the conveyor belt travels, the friction plate and the sample wheel will collide and rub with each other, and the sample is subjected to shock oscillation and wear.

Character:
GESTER develops the control system by ourselves, which has setting and counting functions.There are start, stop, pause, count and clear functions on the test control panel. It can count from 0 to 999,999 times. The machine will automatically stop when the times reaches the setting number or the wheel of luggage is broken. The Controlling System controls motor to drive the belt to rotational motion, the luggage will rise and fall when wheels reach the block A/B, and that will simulate the situation of different roads and is the important basis to evaluate the quality of luggage.
