M-EDC-PS1018ABC02 Product Overview:
Before judging as abnormal... please check again.
(1) An alert occurred
Z If the alarm occurs soon after the power is turned on, please refer to 4.1 Before judging the abnormality... about the alarm when the power is turned on.
Z Are there any errors in the alarm content and handling method?
◊ Please reconfirm the alarm handling method recorded in the operation manual.
(2) The power supply is not connected, and the indicator light is not on
Z Use a multimeter to check the input voltage of the control power supply and main power supply. Please confirm whether it is within the range of the driver's operating voltage according to the operating instructions.
(3) No action
Z When the power is off, manually rotate the motor to check whether it runs smoothly, whether there is jam, and whether there is a gap between the up and down directions of the rotating shaft
Gap, loose shaking (please do not disassemble the motor).
Z Is the control signal input and output normal?
◊ Monitor IO through handheld terminal: read control input and output to check SVON input: servo ON, IPOS output: positioning completed
Signal status.
◊ Please use oscilloscope and other measuring instruments to check whether the voltage of 24 [V] power supply and input signal is stable.
(4) Frequent vibration, position deviation, warning A3: soft overheating.
Z Servo parameters LO: load inertia, SG: servo gain (or VG: speed loop proportional gain, PG: position loop proportional gain), FP: 1st low-pass
Filter, NP: Is the first notch filter adjusted?
Are the mounting screws of load z and motor loose?
◊ Please confirm and step up.
Z The FG terminal of the driver must be grounded at a single point. (Please refer to the instruction manual for wiring.)
Z When the rotor servo ON stops, is there any external force applied to the rotation direction of the motor? (Applying external force all the time may cause the motor to overheat.)
(5) The switch often trips
Z Reconnect the power supply. After recovery, please do the following.
◊ Please select the rated current of the circuit breaker according to the power capacity of the drive used.
