Introduction:
Permalloy Shielding covers are produced from high permeability nickeliron alloy and provide excellent low frequency magnetic field attenuation withlow coercive forces.
Our well equipped manufacturing lines enable our capacity for producing high volume, deep drawn shielding covers, while our highly skilled workersare able to make shielding covers in smaller volumes from a variety of methods, including metal spinning as well as traditional techniques.
All of our permalloy shielding parts can be matched with lids and bespoke aperture configurations, and are supplied in a pure hydrogen annealedcondition to optimise final magnetic properties.
Shielding mechanism:
Utilizing the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction(Under the action of external alternating magnetic field)
—Induced current occurs in the shielded shell
—Produce an electromagnetic field in the opposite direction to the external electromagnetic field
—Offsets the impact of external electromagnetic fields on the circuit inside the shielded body
—Achieved shielding effect
