1.When it is connected to the power and is switched on, we hear the bumming sound, the function indication lights is on and the relative parameters are shown on instrument.
2.Press the “Rotation Speed” key (the correspondent indication light is on). Adjust the “Rotate” key, “10 Rotates” key or “100 Rotates” key to adjust the set-value. After finish these, press the “Enter” Key to store the set-value. If adjustment is unnecessary, skip this step. (Note: The adjust range of “Rotate” key is 0-9,“10 Rotates” key is 0-4 while “100 Rotates” key is 0-2 ).
3. Press the “Timing” key (the correspondent indication light is on). Adjust the set-values by “Minute” key and “10 Minutes” key as well as “Hour” key. After finishing this, press the “Enter” key to store the set-value. If adjustment is unnecessary, skip this step. (Note: The adjust range of “Minute” key is 0-9, “10 Minutes” key is 0-5 while “Hour” key is 0-23).
4.After set the parameters, press “Start/Pause” key to start the instrument. You may press the “Start/Pause” key again to pause the instrument while the timing is also stops. When start again, timing continues. It can be done repeatedly. You can check all the parameters by pressing different keys during machine running, but the values can’t be adjusted. After pause the instrument, the value can be adjusted. The instrument returns to timing indication mode after 60 seconds stop.
5.The instrument is bumming for alarm after timing is finished, while the time shows “00:00”. You may press the “Start/Pause” key directly to start the instrument if the value adjustment is unnecessary. The instrument shows the set-value if paused for more than 60 seconds.
6. Turn off the instrument when the operation is finished.
1.AC power should be well connected to the ground and its voltage should be within the regulated scope.
2. The instrument should be put on a proper place on the working station. Avoid heavy press.
3. Avoid long time unloaded running and cut off the power when it is not in use.
4. Never open the shell to avoid electric shock. Find special person for maintenance.
