Application for BN Powders:
Hexagonal boron nitride is still very excellent high-temperature
lubricants and metal forming mold release agent, can be used as part of
self-lubricating bearings.
Specific uses are as follows:
1. Plastic resins
and other polymer additives to increase the strength of these materials and
heat, corrosion resistance, radiation and other properties.
2. Available for
anti-oxidation, water resistant grease.
3. Dehydrogenation
of organic matter, synthetic rubber and platinum rearranging process catalysts.
4. Transistors dry
heat sealing agent.
5. Aluminum
evaporation container material.
6. Boron nitride
and titanium hot forming, that is a mixture of titanium diboride, titanium
nitride and boron nitride, with high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation,
anti-erosion performance.
7. Can be used as
solid lubricant and wear-resistant materials.
8. Used for
special electrolysis, the resistive material can be used at high temperatures.
