See the roof tiles come out from step tile mold, the tile position is smooth, there is nothing wrinkle on it. 

This Metal Steel Wave Roof Tile Roll Forming Machine 1200mm Feeding Width is with 16 station roll forming, and the covered width after roll forming is 921mm, raw material width is 1200mm aluminum sheet.  All the roll forming rollers are made  from 45# steel, coated by hard Chromed for enlarge the rollers hardness and can anti rust also. See the encoder supporting rack, it is for installing encoder to measure roof sheet length and running speed. This encoder should touch on roof sheet surface well when it works.
