●This machine is mainly used for high definition printing of corrugated cardboard,it is designed to replace partial offset printing. The traditional offset printing machine needs pre-printing,laminating , platen die-cutting production processes and the production efficiency is low. And use solvent based ink, the gases that are volatilized by these organic solvents through the breathing into the workers, damage to the liver and nervous system of the human body, but also a great harm to the environment. The GSYM priting machine, to avoid the above shortcomings, printing, varnishing, drying, die-cutting, one-time forming, speed is 150sheets/min, with high overprint accuracy, high efficiency, and printing using ink , no pollution to the operating personnel and environment. Especially in the beverage and food packaging printing, is an alternative machine to replace offset printing .
●Automatic production control system(from Mitsubishi Co Japan), merely an order of box information is input in touch screen of separate operating console, axial and circumference data of feeder,printer, die-cutter will be set automatically featuring accuracy and reliability without personal interference to realize full automation and enhance production efficiency;

●Vacuum suction case adopts advanced technique, transmission cage roll shafts support bearings are installed with oil cups to secure machine high speed running. The vacuum auxiliary feeding is assisted by 7.5kw high pressure centrifugal fan, whose air volume is set with frequency inverter to make the feeding stable and smooth, even the thin and warp blanks can be conveyed successfully. In printing, damper can be set in line with blanks of different sizes to ensure sufficient air volume for the registration;
●In order to ensure the printing clarity, the machine is equipped with varnishing unit which can be used for the printing of the products to make the products more beautiful and comparable to the offset printing effect.
●In order to ensure the quality of printing and improve the printing speed, machine specially adds infrared drying (temperature control system imported from Switzerland) and ultraviolet drying (temperature control system is imported from ?). If you use flexo varnish oil, use infrared drying. If you use UV varnish oil, use UV drying to ensure high quality printing in high speed printing.
●Spray lacquer: Before paint spray, components shall be through derusting - posphating – spray lacquer – stoving varnish to let its surface functions in derusting, hardness and durability;
●A large digital screen installed to display machine printing speed (sheet/min) to facilitate management watch machine speed in different positions;
●Centralized dust absorption silencing channel, and pulse bag filter relay is selected according to user's demand.

Feeder(1unit)
1. Wheel Front Edge Feeder System(driven by original imported from Japan, MITSUBISHI servo motor independent)
⑴Driven by original imported from Japan, MITSUBISHI servo motor,with the Japanese new treasure paper feed reducer, high precision, no wear and tear. Eliminate the vibration of paper feeding, long service life and convenient maintenance
⑵The installation of antistatic device to eliminate dust because of electrostatic effects on dust particles and not easy to brush.
⑶High feeding accuracy and adaptable blank caliper between1.5mm-10mm;
⑷The mechanical vibration can be eliminated basically to avoid the vibration caused by cam transmissions so as to minimize the error from the clearances in the process of pull wheels running;
⑸. Left/right and back raffles are set on touch screen, which is eclectically set and digitally controlled and a side squaring is also installed to secure precise feeding.

2. Pull Roller
⑴. Dual pulling roller system for more stable feeding;
⑵. The upper pulling roller’s steel core surface is wrapped with buffering and abrasion proof rubber. The elastic positioning system ensures smooth and precise conveying to enhance printing registration. The bottom pulling roller adopt steel material.
⑶. Puling rollers clearances are set on touch screen, which are electrically set and digitally controlled.
3. Auto Zeroing
⑴. Feeder and printer are installed with auto zeroing devices;
⑵. With zeroing device, it will ensure all the units have the unified setting reference to be able to set the correct position and minimize blank waste.
Dust removal unit(1unit)

●The paper feeding unit is specially equipped with dust removing unit, which has a reliable guarantee for high screen printing and large field printing.
●Eight sets of brushes brush the dust on the surface of the cardboard.
●2 group forceful suction fans(imported from MITSUBISHI frequency conversion control) to remove the dust brushed out completely;
●Pick roller to pick the remained tiny dust particles on its roller surface to secure no defects on solid printing to reduce machine stop for plate wiping;

●Every unit is of independent servo drive without accumulated errors in gearing to realize printing and impression operation synchronously to obtain more distinct pictures with features of simple design and easy maintenance;
●Precise setting system to regulate the gaps of both impression and ink supply;
●±0.15mm printing registration accuracy;
1. Printing Plate Cylinder
⑴. It is made of quality steel with professional workmanship through strict dynamic/static balance tests, and then precisely milled; its surface is caved longitudinal/lateral lines to facilitate plate mounting;
⑵. Its surface is plated with chrome for long durability;
⑶. Plate attachment groove is installed and 10mm plate attaching strip works with ratchet wheel to fasten plate scrolling shaft to facilitate plate mounting;
⑷. The roller correcting device can quickly and conveniently correct the inclined printing when the plate is hung
⑸. The circumference of the printing roller is adjusted in the touch screen, and the electric 360 degree positive and negative adjusting printing roller (double speed frequency).
⑹. Printing cylinder circumferential setting is fulfilled on touch screen, which is electrical setting and digitally controlled, and the max shifting range is ±10mm.
2. Vacuum Case
⑴. Impression cylinder adopts quality seamless tube, which is precisely machined, surface milled, chrome plated and sand blasted;
⑵.Impression cylinder after static balance test, dynamic test is also done to enhance its stable running;
⑶. Special made cage roll shafts are equipped with Japanese precise roller bearings to secure the conveying accuracy and service life of vacuum conveying case;
⑷. Vacuum case multiple point oiling system guarantees all the Japanese roller bearings are under desired lubrication so as to prolong the bearings and polishing shafts lives to enhance conveying accuracy;
⑸. Vacuum case elevation clearances setting are done on touch screen, which is electrical set and digitally controlled;
⑹ .Vacuum case fan is controlled with frequency inverter and the airflow is controllable;
⑺. The conveying and registration accuracies can be secured to fulfill pressure-free feeding to eliminate blanks from damaging.
3. Anilox Cylinder
(1)Printer is equipped with 1sets imported Japan ceramic anilox cylinder; Ink scraping chamber and rubber inking cylinder can be exchanged. With the quality doctor blade chamber and metal blade, the clearance between doctor blade and anilox cylinder can be set and a micro-setting is also added to realize quick adjustment and quick blade change. Dual directional membrane Ingersoll Rand pump functions in ink supply and its ink volume can be set along with the main motor setting; its chamber can be cleaned quickly. Equipped with imported ink reversing valve, it saves water and ink and is easy for rinsing.

Varnishing unit(1unit)
The structure of the varnishing unit is the same as that of the printing unit. Flexo varnishing-oil or UV varnishing-oil can be selected for the requirements.
The First Dryer(1unit)

●Infrared drying system, the pneumatic support of the drying rack is convenient for the maintenance in the printing process.
●IR heating system temperature rise is fast and stable, and every heating power is approx 36kw;
●Temperature is constant control, and it is heated in section to save heating power;
● Abnormal temperature warning, in case it is more than the limit, an acoustic sound remits featuring safety and reliability;
●Pneumatic turnover mechanism and special fast changing far infrared joint are easy to maintain.

1. Control Panel of Die cutter
⑴. Die-cutter cylinder thickness is 20MM, The phase and axial settings of die cutting cylinder can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled;
⑵. All clearance settings can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled;
⑶. Phase control and adjustment is done with servo motors directly;
2. Die cutter cylinder (bottom cylinder)
⑴.Die cutter cylinder thickness is 24MM,Die cutter cylinder adopts quality steel through precise machining, dynamic and static balances tests featuring sound running and accurate die cutting;
⑵. Die cutter fastening screw-hole distances: axial: 50mm; radial: 20 divisions;
⑶. Servo motor direct control, adjustment. Fine tuning control during operation.
⑷ .Die cutter cylinder left and right shifting are set on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled with 10mm setting range.
3. Anvil Cylinder (Upper cylinder)
(1) It is made of quality steel through precise machining, dynamic/static balance tests,
(2)Its surface is wrapped with PU covering imported from USA(Dirca); Easy to change, long service life.
(3)The gap between diecutter cylinder and anvil cylinder is set electrically;
(4) The Anvil Cylinder is equipped with a compensating differential mechanism to control the speed of the anvil cylinder, and the compensation range is + 3mm.
(5)Anvil cushion can be recovered twice to prolong its service life and reduce costs;
(6) Anvil cylinder mechanic stretch and lateral movement are ±20mm and overload protector is also fixed;
4. Differential Compensation Device
The automatic compensation function of speed difference automatically compensates the change of the linear speed produced by the repaired roller after the repair, thus ensuring the die cutting accuracy.
Stacking unit(1unit)

Paper mixing mechanism
The automatic paper mixing mechanism can be used for the stacking of the cardboard piled up after the die cutting, and convenient for conveying and stacking.
Stripper
Installed with lateral conveyer, its wide conveyor belt driven by special motor moves the scraps cut from diecutter out of the unit automatically.
