Machine Performances:
●This machine is made according to the European concept of
design with the features of more reliability, function and security, and the
European CE safety certification is authorized;
●The printing effect is able to replace some of the offset printed goods;
●Fully automatic production management system merely needs to input the size of order
on the touch screen, the paper feeding unit, printing unit, varnishing unit,
slotting unit will adjust all clearance, axial, circumferential and other parameters
accordingly in accuracy and reliability without manual intervention to improve
production efficiency;
●Automatic
production management system can store production orders, do automatic and
quick order changes featuring more convenient operation;
●Computer
remote maintenance is especially added to rapidly remove equipment failure,
improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs (the mentioned
function can be optioned by customers and Internet connection is necessary);
●The machine is mounted with imported transmission gears which are hardened and
milled (Rockwell hardness > 60 degrees);
●Bearings
are imported from Japan;
●The
main electrical control devices are made by Delta from Taiwan, Schneider from France
and other international renowned manufacturers;
●Equipped
with 10-inch HD color touch screen imported from Schneider French with the
features of clear display and easy operation;
●Imported
ceramic anilox roller equipped with high quality imported scraper are employed,
and the ink scraping chamber and rubber roller can be disassembled and
interchanged to facilitate the printing of cardboard with different
resolutions;
●The
vacuum adsorption case adopts the most advanced technology, and the support
bearings of conveying roller shafts must be mounted with oil cup so as to
ensure the high speed operation of machine. The high-pressure centrifugal fan (7.5kw)
assists the air suction paper conveyance and the airflow is set with frequency
converter to guarantee the smooth transmission and ensure thin and curved low
quality boards can be conveyed smoothly with obvious good effect;
●When paperboard of
different size is being printed, the air damper shall be set pneumatically to
gain the adequate air volume necessary for printing;
●Hot air or infrared drying accelerates
the drying and realize high-dot full-page printing on coated board (optional);
●The machine adopts special
stainless steel shields, boasting the beautiful appearance, easy cleaning and
never rust;
●Oil tank of every unit’s
main transmission gear is installed with an oil level connector to ensure the lubricating
oil level remains in the same horizontal position, when every unit is
working, the oil level can be clearly seen on the oil level indicator;
Feeder
●Vacuum adsorption wheel type front edge feeder features fast paper feeding, high efficiency, high precision and stable system to ensure the smooth feeding of warp boards (max speed: 300 pieces/minute).;
●High feeding precision and the suitable board thickness is1.5-12mm;
●Automatic side squaring equipment is employed to make blanks flush;
●Front/rear and left/right baffles are controlled on touch screen in electric adjustment;
●Double feeding roller structure is designed, the 1st set of pulling rollers adopts floating structure to facilitate fast clearance adjustment;
●Main motor uses the frequency converter of DELTA from Taiwan for saving power and low carbon and environmental protection. The vacuum airflow and pressure of precipitator. are set with frequency converter to fulfill the feeding of blanks of different size and warp shape to improve printing quality.
Printer
●Printer is equipped with imported ceramic anilox cylinder and enclosed dual doctor blade system and dual directional membrane pump to make the ink amount set with main machine, and quick chamber cleaning is available;
●Printing cylinder circular adjustment can be done on touch screen in 360o forward and backward controls (dual speed in frequency conversion);
●Printing cylinder axial adjustment can be done on touch screen at max ±10mm shifting value in electrical setting and digital indication;
●Specially made row roll shafts are equipped with Japanese precise needle bearings to secure the conveying accuracy and service life of vacuum conveying case;
●Vacuum case multiple point oiling system guarantees all the Japanese needle bearings are well oiled so as to prolong bearings and polishing shafts lives and enhance conveying accuracy;
●Vacuum case elevation clearances setting are done on touch screen, which is electrical set and digitally controlled;
●Vacuum case fan is controlled with frequency inverter and the airflow is controllable;
●The accuracies of conveying and registration can be secured and the pressure-free feeding can be realized to eliminate blanks from damaging;
●Anilox cylinder clearance setting can be done on touch screen in electrical setting and digital control.
●CNC controls inking time and ink volume accurately to save ink;
●Import ARO double-way ink supply pump matched with ink pump conversional valve of US ensures the chamber pressure stability;
Varnisher
●The varnishing unit structure is same as the printer, and the difference is that the ink scraping system can be doctor blade system or rubber roller scraping ink system for the use of flexo varnishing oil or UV varnishing oil.
Dryer
●IR heating system’s temperature rise is fast and stable, and every unit heating power is approx. 45kw;
●Temperature is constantly controlled, and it is heated in section to save heating power;
●In case the temp is more than the limit, an acoustic sound remits featuring safety and reliability;
Slotter
•Box height, phase, axial shifting can be set once an order is input into CNC center featuring accuracy and reliabilitywithout person interference;
•Slotting shaft is made of quality steel through milling, chrome plating and dynamic/ static balance tests to secure its smooth running;
•Once an order is input into CNC center, the settings of slotting of box height, phase and axial shifting can be done automatically without personal interference. Transmission shaft coupling design is able to remain the precise alignment of upper/bottom knives to prolong knives service life;
•Human-machine interface alarm indicates machine abnormal condition so as to eliminate those in time;
•Upper and bottom pre-scoring shafts are made of quality steel through static/dynamic balance tests, its surface is precisely milled and plated with chrome;
•Clearance setting is done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digital controlled;
•Slotting phase and box height are controlled with frequency inverter at dual speed;
•Puling rollers clearance setting can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled.
Die-cutter
●The phase and axial setting of die cutting cylinders can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled;
●All clearance settings can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled;
●Die cutter cylinder phase is set on touch screen with frequency inverter, dual speed setting and planetary gearing at 360 degrees (available at either running or stop);
●Die cutter cylinder left and right transverse shifting are set on touch screen, which is electrically set and digitally controlled within 10mm setting range;
●It is made of quality steel through precise machining, dynamic/static balance tests;
●Anvil cylinder adopts trimming system to make the cushion even and smooth to improve its life to a great extent and reduce costs;
Auto stacker
1. SheetCollecting Arm
The tension of sheet collecting arm conveying belt can be set separately without the limit by belt length featuring easiness, flexibility and quickness.
2. Collector Bed Elevation
1) Driven by a strong chain for smooth elevation and transverse movement;
2) 1600mm stacking height and the collecting bed is installed with auto locker;
3) Collecting bed elevation motor is attached with a brake to remain it at the position without sliding down.
3. Collection Baffle
1) Collecting plate is driven pneumatically and the stacking height is control by photocell;
2) Back baffle can be set manually in line with blank length;
3) The grained surface belt has fine friction to prevent it from slipping.
4) Stacker’s squaring system ensures neat stacking after printing.
