plate roller bull wheel brake positioning device ensures the correct gear
meshing when machine resets in order change without stop;
● It
has functions of vacuum suction conveyance, suction case elevation set
electrically digitally at the max 10mm setting amount, encoder adjustment,
photocell position limitation. It also uses the precise bearings and
lubricating system from Japan, vacuum suction case positioned with straight
rails, triple sectional vacuum structure to ensure over-printing accuracy
requirements at ± 0.3mm when conveying the min 350mm paper length; the airflow
of fan set in frequency conversion to ensure the printing requirements with different
blanks; while the blank absorption suction power is satisfied for different
blanks, energy saving is also gained, and the total fan power is 2.2x3=6.6Kw;
● The distance between
two adjacent stationary color units is designed at 1485mm, which is 2.4 times
longer than the ordinary mobile machine. The increased distance effectively
prolongs the time of ink drying, saves drying power of machine, and is
beneficial to speed and efficient production;
Feeder(1 unit)
●Wheel
type leading edge feeder with vacuum absorption of fast feeding speed, high
efficiency and stable system performance ensures smooth conveyance even the
warp blanks at max 300sheets/m;
●With high precise sheet conveyance, the suitable sheet thickness is 1.5—12mm;
●Automatic side squaring unit is equipped for blanks neat;
●Front/back and left/right baffles are controlled on touch screen and set
electrically;
●It
is equipped with dual sheet pulling system, 1st set pulling
cylinders adopt float design to be able to do quick gap adjustment;
●The
converter of main motor is introduced from DELTA Taiwan for power saving and

Printer (4units) with closed doctor blade
●The printer has the function of plate replacement without machine stop of the world advanced technology. When machine is running, printing plate mounting or change can be carried out in printer without machine stop to greatly improve the efficiency;
●The stationary machine’ distance between two adjacent color units is 2.4 times longer than the ordinary mobile machine, whose distance increase effectively prolongs the time of ink drying, saves the drying power of the machine, and is beneficial to high-speed and efficient production;
●It has functions of vacuum suction conveyance, suction case elevation set electrically digitally at the max 10mm setting amount, encoder adjustment in photocell position limitation;
●Both printing plate cylinder and anilox cylinder are fastened in machine side panels and the machine printers color can be changed according to the order entered while machine is running;

Dryer Unit
1. IR heating system temperature rise is fast and stable, and every heating power is approx 45kw;
2. Temperature is constant control, and it is heated in section to save heating power;
3. Abnormal temperature warning, in case it is more than the limit, an acoustic sound remits featuring safety and reliability;
4. Pneumatic flapping system and special quick change FIR connector function in easy service.
Slotter Unit
●The
automatic production management system needs merely input the order of size on
touch screen, then the feeder, printer, slotter, die cutter will automatically
adjust all the clearances, axial, circumferential and other parameters
accordingly to ensure the great accuracy and reliability without manual intervention
at all;
●It
is coupled with transmission shaft, when it is moving, the top/lower knives are
aligned to prolong the service life;
●The clearance between knife bosses can be set on touch screen in electrical and
digital modes;
●Man-machine
interface remits alarm signal to show its abnormal condition so as to remove
the faults as soon as possible;
●Slotting
phase and box height are controlled with frequency converter in dual speeds;
●The
clearance between paper pulling cylinders can be set on touch screen in
electrical and digital modes; the creasing wheels are wrapped with PU covering
to protect corrugated blanks;
●The
elastic angle cutter structure can cut off blanks of single or double wall
corrugated board for convenient operation without adjustment;
●The quick changeable and adjustable pre-creasing and creasing design ensure the
pre-creasing and creasing effects with the blanks of diverse thickness;
Die Cutter (1 Unit)
●Diecutter
cylinder’s phase and axial setting is done on touch screen in electrical and
digital means;
●All the clearance settings can be done on touch screen in electrical and
digital means;
●The
phase settings of die cutting cylinder can be done on touch screen in dual
speed control with planetary gears at 360o (available for running and
stop);
●The
die-cutter cylinder’s left/right transverse shifting is done on touch screen
with the adjusting range at ±10 mm;
●The
die-cutter cylinder is made of high qualified steel precisely through static
and dynamic balance calibrations;
●The
rubber gasket adopts cutter/trimmer to keep the covering flat to creases the
service life to a great extent and reduce costs.
Automatic
folder/gluer
●The
entire machine is controlled in one key by PC, merely a button is pressed after
an order is entered then each unit will adjust its data and size automatically without
personal interference;
●Four sets servo motors jointly function in the precise stacked blank output counting
under fast running;
●The high speed separating arm controlled by servo motor ensures the blank
stacked according to the counting;
●Reinforced air pressure device prevents the output sheets from warping from
folder to ensure the neat sheets stacked and the airflow port can be rotated
freely;
●The height of upper conveying belt is automatically adjusted by an elevation
mechanism and the height varies according to the set sheets number of each blank
bale;
●The back section of folder conveyor belt conveys the sheets
forward with vacuum adsorption belt to avoid the scissor differential caused by
slipping;
● Both sides of the folder are provided with a correction belt to facilitate the
folding belt to realize accurate folding;
●Italian
ERO gluing system is equipped or American Valco gluing system can be also
supplied on the request of users;

1.Feeder
•Front edge feeder of vacuum suction is suitable for feeding at high speed;
•Precise feeding, even the warp or fine-flute corrugated boards
2. Folder
• Blanks are moved forward by means of upper/bottom conveying belts of front conveying belt of folder.
• The press wheels of blank feeding-in section of folder is able to set the clearance between every press wheel and lower beam independently;
• The machine body of feeding/folding unit consists of left/right beams and bottom beams, the large and small beams feature strong rigidity and sound stability to adapt to high machine running;
• Vacuum suction belt is designed at the back-conveying section of folder moves blanks forward to prevent them from slipping to result in scissors difference;
• Correcting belt is installed on both sides of folder to facilitate precise folding;
3. Gluer Spraying System
• Work with famous glue sprayer supplier ERO, Italy to guarantee the satisfied after sale service both home and abroad;
• The latest gluing system of ERO, Italy does the auto tracing and non-contract precise gluing without any setting;
• This gluing system features environment friendly without glue leak, saving and easy maintenance.
4. Power Equipment
• Main power uses frequency converter motor works synchronously with printer;
• All the powers adopt timing belt transmission featuring simple structure, low noise and tiny vibration;
• Moving parts are constructed with lead screw and straight rails
5. Ejector
• Photocell precise counter employed;
• Three group servo motors constitute the accurate counting function for stacking output at high speed;
• High speed separating bar is controlled with servo motor to secure the piling-up in exact number;
• Pneumatic aid blank taking bar is able to make stacked blanks flat and neat;
• Pneumatic stacking unit ejects out the stacked blanks neatly;
• Strong air blowing-down equipment prevents blanks from warping when they are ejected from folder to secure they are stacked neatly. The airflow director can be set freely;
• The back baffle can be set back or forth can be adjust electrically in line with blank specifications;
• Upper/bottom conveying belt conveys the piled blanks out synchronously;
• Upper conveying belt vertical position is set automatically via elevator and the stacking height can be changed according to baled blanks numbers;
• Ejector can be shifted laterally entirely to secure the blanks dropped at the center of machine.
