Q1: How to remove the mud pump piston?
A: First remove cylinder cap clamping plate nuts, and loosen the horned nuts, flat nuts and sheets on the tie rod in the cylinder liner, then use the tools for removing piston to screw in the piston seat, and use the reciprocation hammer to impact back and forth to take out pistons.
Q2: How to install the mud pump piston?
A: When installing the piston, first put the compression pad on the piston seat, and then screw the piston seat on the piston removal tool.
When installing, pay attention to rotating the piston seat to the pull rod to prevent rotation, and then loosen the piston removal tool outward. Take it, and then install the piston in sequence according to the structure drawing (note that the thin nut is tight when installing the piston, and then use the afterburner to tighten 1/4 to 1/2 circle after hand tightening).
Q3: How is the quality? ?
