The first step of connecting rod manufacturing is forgoing process. This step contains DIE Development, Forging, Heat Treatment, Shot Peening.
The next process forging inspection contains check detection, forging dimension.
The third step is reference and rough machining.
This step includes various process like B.E. Facing, S.E Boring, Splitting, Serration Milling, Bolt Hole Drilling and Reaming, B.E.Rough Boring, Stage Inception.
Final packaging and labeling of connecting rod involves weight and oiling the product is ready for presentation and delivery to the next user. The company maintains a neat & clean packaging department having all facilities for Export worthy Packing's and proper care for rust prevention.
