White powdery crystal, amphoteric oxide, hardly soluble in water, slightly soluble in hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in inorganic acids other than hydrofluoric acid.
Application of Ta2o5 powder:
Production of raw materials for metal ruthenium. Also used in the electronics industry. It is used as a catalyst for lithium laric acid single crystal and for manufacturing high refractive low-dispersion special optical glass.
Storage conditions:
Ta2o5 powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
