The ML4.2 series is known for its robust, powerful, and standardized design housed in a compact casing. This sensor features an IP67/IP69K protection rating, ensuring it is resistant to dust and water ingress. The lens is both scratch-resistant and chemically resistant, complemented by highly visible LEDs and durable all-metal bushings for secure mounting.
These adjustable and tamper-proof sensors come equipped with a universal push-pull output and an electrical light ON/dark ON switch. They boast a high ambient light limit, effectively suppressing reflections from backgrounds. The uniquely small and sharp light spot, along with a quick response time, ensures maximum switching precision at object edges. Available in both red and infrared light sources, the ML4.2 series also includes a high-performance fixed focus background suppressor, making it ideal for precise object detection in a wide range of applications.
