This device is for Barrels' heating to the temperature set by the customers' request.
This device is for plastic extruder's barrels heating, and let the bareels' temperature reached to your target temperature set. This device is controlled by thermocouple device, if the temperature less than set, the heater will start working, if the temperature is high than the one you set, water or oil cooling system will start working to cut down the temperature.
You need to pay more attention to your raw plastic material how much melt degrees it will be, as if you need to heat the barrel quickly, keep a stable performance and or the raw materials' melt temperature is on a high level, we suggest you to use high quality level of copper heaters.
Our company also has other ecnomic design: heating rod(bar), if use such design, daily maintenance will goes down, as you only replace one or two damaged heating rod, and it can easy to find in your local market.
