Vacuum Water Tank
Vacuum stainless steel vacuum sizing and cooling device,cooling tank is immersed type vacuum sizing cooling(also can be used according to the customer need to spray cooling way),can be adjusted up and down,left and right sides,front and rear manual fine-tuning the appropriate vacuum degree and equipped with appropriate vacuum sizing die,can meet the production requirements of various precision tubes and profiles.

PU belt traction device
Traction device of traction device has a roller(2 to)two methods of traction and the haulage,frequency control of motor speed control,traction speed of 5-200m/min (also adjustable speed range according to the requirements of the product),according to user needs can also be equipped with measuring devices and printing devices.

Blade cutter device
The rotary cutting device can be cut with single or double knife,cutting speed is not adjustable,cutting length is accurate,the product length of precision is 0.1mm,and the length of the normal cutting machine is 1mm. The traction and cutting can be combined on one device,which can be divided into two independent devices,the speed of traction and the cutting degree can be adjusted respectively,and the cutting length can be freely adjusted online.
