BA-8202N is a high-performance soft film-forming acrylic polymer emulsion, Eco-friendly water-based emulsion, free from harmful substances, such as lead, chromium, mercury and chromium alloys, No APEO, Low VOC, meet the standards of cigarette packaging requirements for VOC. It is specifically designed for the production of water-based cigarette packaging printing ink.

Water-based acrylic emulsion for pigment grinding (PA-8220) is a high-performance film-forming modified acrylic copolymer emulsion, designed for water-based ink. Eco-friendly, free from harmful substances, such as lead, chromium, mercury and chromium alloys, No APEO, Low VOC, meet the standards of cigarette packaging requirements for VOC. It has good compatibility with water borne resin, ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents, especially suitable for pigment grinding.

Water-based acrylic emulsion BA-8204 is a non-film forming acrylic polymer emulsion. It has good compatibility with ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents. It is especially suitable for the production of flexo and gravure printing inks.

PA-8223 is a high-performance modified acrylic copolymer, Eco-friendly water-based emulsion, without yellowing resistance. BA-8411 water-based polymer, designed for ink on untreated non-polar substrate. Good adhesion, good water-resistance and scratch resistance, excellent weatherability. Applicable to be used as top coating on untreated PET film. Can be used as pigment grinding emulsion.

BA-8412 water-based polymer, designed for ink on untreated substrate. Good adhesion, good water-resistance and scratch resistance, excellent weatherability. Applicable to be used as top coating on untreated PET film. Can’t be used as pigment grinding emulsion.

BA-8404 water-based polymer, designed for ink on polar substrate. Good adhesion, good water-resistance and scratch resistance, excellent weatherability. Applicable to soft PVC, PVC film, PVC hard plastic floor, PVC edge stripes and other PVC water-based ink production. Can’t be used as pigment grinding emulsion.

Applicable to soft PVC, PVC film, PVC hard plastic floor, PVC edge stripes and other PVC water-based ink production. After ink dry, excellent alcohol wiping resistance. Can’t be used as pigment grinding emulsion.

Water-borne polyurethane emulsion PU-4144

Water-borne polyurethane emulsion PU-4144 is designed for hot stamping foil coloring layer. The coloring layer made of our water-based polyurethane can applied without applying release layer, can be directly aluminum electroplated. It has good peel-off property, temperature resistance and can add various colors. It has good film-forming property and certain elasticity.

Water based polyurethane emulsion PU-4146

Water-borne polyurethane emulsion PU-4146 is designed for hot stamping foil coloring layer.It has the characteristics of good leveling and high gloss, it has certain elasticity, can be mixed with multiple colors, excellent temperature resistance, good adhesion to the aluminum layer, and there is no color aluminum phenomenon after thermal transfer.
