1. What is your MOQ?
MOQ of our products is 10-50 pieces,except some special models.
2. Do you have warranty for the products?
Yes, we always offer 12 months warranty for the products.
3. How to place the order if I have my own logo to print?
Well, we would make an artwork for visual confirmation firstly, and then sample picture or sending samples to you for confirmation after you pay for the sample fee. Finally, we will proceed mass production.
4. What's the Payment Term you accept ?
By T/T, Western Union, Paypal, trade assurance in Alibaba are acceptable. 30% deposit and the balance before delivery for mass production. 100% in advance for small order qtty.
5. Could I have get one Sample?
Of course. Welcome to one sample to test and check the goods quality, mixed samples are acceptable.
