QTZ40(4010) Three mechnisms description:
The hoisting mechanism is made up ofthe electromotor, brake wheel, speed reducer, coiling block, and hoistingheight limiter. Three-speed motorand mono-speed ratio decelerator is applied in the lifting mechanism, whichenables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
The slewing mechanism is made up of two-speed electric motor, fluid coupling,electromagnetic brake, slewing angle limiter, planet reducer, pinion and thebase support. The range-change structuredrives the dolly to change range on the horizontal arm, with good positioningperformance.
The trolleying mechanism: The trolleying mechanism is made up of two-speed electromotor, speed reducer,coiling block, and the trolleying limiter. Planet gear decelerator isapplied in the slewing structure, together with moment-limiting hydrauliccoupler, which cans realize high load capacity, steady starting and reliableoperation.
The process features
1): automatic submerged arcwelding is adopted in the main section limbs and chord boom. It has highthermal efficiency, high penetration, high production efficiency, whilereducing the pores and crack defects, increases the weld strength and thebeautiful appearance.
2): we adopt carbon dioxide gaswelding; it has heat concentrated, a small welding line, high strength andresistance to rust and crack. it can reduce tress and deformation, it has highstrength and resistance to rust and crack.
3): shot blasting is used formasts to strength the hardness of steel surface; enhance the paint adhesion andprolonging its life
