Application for silver powder:
1. In the manufacture of veneer ceramic
capacitors (BaTiO3 base), using glass glaze as the inorganic binder mixed with
silver, plus the organic polymer and a solvent carrier by mechanical mixing to
form a homogeneous flow with a specific characteristics paste, called thick
film paste.
2. A silver thick film conductor paste by
screen printing forming a capacitor electrode in BaTiO3. Slurry, and by
printing and sintering (baking) of the film-forming technique called thick film
technology, thick film technology may be formed of different conductive filler,
resistance, dielectric film according to the three functions of the slurry.
3. In the conductive paste, because silver
excellent performance (high electric conductivity and relative relative
chemical stability) and moderate cost, so it has become the subject of silver
