Color Sorting Machine Working Principle
Parboiled rice color sorter works on the principle of optical sorting. It uses advanced digital image processing technology to detect and sort out impurities and foreign objects from the rice grains. The machine is equipped with a high-resolution camera that captures images of the rice grains. The images are then analyzed by a powerful computer system which identifies any foreign objects or impurities in the grain and then triggers an air jet to blow them away from the good grain.
