Ribonuclease T2 (RNASE T2) CAS 927481-19-4

Ribonuclease T2 (RNASE T2) CAS 927481-19-4

RNASE T2 (ribonuclease T2) is an enzyme belonging to RNASE T2 family, which is expressed in large quantities in temporal lobe and fetal brain. RNASE T2 gene is a new member of extracellular ribonuclease Rh / T2 / s-glycoproteins. It is a single copy gene. It is located in the gene map of a region 6q27 related to human malignant tumors and chromosome rearrangement. The absence of RNASE T2 is the cause of leukocystopathy without megacephaly, which is a childhood syndrome of leukoencephalopathy. It can affect the development of neonatal microcephaly and neurological abnormalities, including psychomotor disorders, epileptic seizures and sensorineural hearing impairment. The brain shows multiple leukoencephalopathy, anterior temporal subcortical cyst wall, abnormal myelin sheath development Ventricular enlargement and intracranial calcification.

RNASE T2 provided by our company is a gene recombinant product expressed in mammalian cells, with high purity, excellent immunogenicity and biological activity.
