Custom Rail-based Solar Roof Mounting System
The roof racking mount system including: mounting clamps, racking and mounts. The clamps are aluminum brackets like middle and end clips that attach the solar panels securely to rail. The racking is the aluminum rail that mounted to the modules. The mounts means L-foot hanger bolt that attach the rail to the roof surface. The EPDM sealing between the mounts and roof surface to be water-resistant. Aluminum L bracket hanger bolt have the following size: M10x200mm, M10x250mm, M10x300mm so the roof mounting system can be flexibly adjusted as requirement.
