A: For existing products, we provide 2 or 3 pcs samples for free while you need to pay the freight. Plz contact our service person to get newest catalog. For customized products, we will collect some tooling mould charge to make real samples. Normally within 10 working days after your design confirmation. Existing samples might be in 5 working days.

A: Normally we deliver cargo by vessel. You can also choose by plane or express.

A: The lead time depends on your order quantity. Normally it takes 15 working days after you confirm the order and arrange the prepayment, depending on your order quantity and our production schedule.
