This serial link module is part of the Modicon X80 range, a common platform of modules for Modicon M580 and M340 Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). This module has 2 RS-485/232 ports in Modbus and character mode for harsh chemical environments. It is an RTU module with a current consumption of 80mA at 24V DC, work with internal power supply. This ruggedized product can be used in more severe environments, and operate in an extended temperature range, from -25°C to +70°C. Integrated connections are RS232 RJ45 115.2kbps and RS485 RJ45 57.6kbps. It is an IP20 rated product. It weighs 0.23kg. It is suitable for standard and severe environment applications. This product is certified by CE and UL. It meets UL 508, EN 61131-2, EN 61000-6-4, EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61010-2-201 standards.
