DESCRIPTION
SST1000 COMBINED RICE MILLING PLANT is the
company's newest generation of rice processing plant. This series is specially
tailored for small and medium-sized grain processors and the throughput is
600kg~1500kg paddy per hour.
Bigger rice mill plant from 15t/d to 120t/D
is also available.
The complete set of rice milling plant
consists of duster, destoner, huller, paddy separator, rice miller, polisher and
rice grader. The system features advanced in technology, compact in structure,
high yield, glittering and translucent in quality of rice, no fine bran and so
on. It is suitable for processing a wide variety of paddy of different place
and origin.
MAIN FEATURES

The machine is arranged side by side,
which facilitates stable operation and is easy for operation and maintenance.

Stoner has
been converted from blowing to absorbing type, thus the performance of removing
stone becomes much more reliable and stable. At the meantime, dust pollution is
decreased during feeding paddy and operating condition is also improved
substantially.

The equipment adopts a self-developed crushing
system, where rice husk and bran crushed and mixed together, at the same time making
full use of by-products and increasing the economic benefits of users.

In addition, as miller and crusher driven
by one motor, it not only saves investment, power consumption was reduced as
well.

The rice miller roller and outlet nozzle has been improved to keep low
temperature and bran is discharged early during milling, consequently quality
of rice increased and bran in rice decreased heavily.
