Analog Input Module 6DS1731-8RR
Four Channels for Temperature Transmitters and Process Signals
with Extension Module 6DS1703-8AB/-8RR.
The module 6DS1731-8RR has the following additional features:
- 4 unassigned binary inputs which may be used as binary qualifiers of the analog signals;
can be connected redundantly
- 4 unassigned analog outputs for the output of analog voltage signals ranging from 0(2) to
+ 10 V; cannot be connected redundantly
- 4 unassigned analog outputs for the output of analog current signals ranging from 0(4) to 20
mA. User devices can be connected redundantly via 2 diodes per output.
These analog outputs have a disgnostic possibility i.e. an output wire breakage is detected
and the faulty channel is signalled.
- 8 unassigned binary outputs for the output of binary signals or for supplying transducers (up
to 100 mA); can be connected redundantly.
