The 505E senses unit load through the turbine HP and LP valve positions or an
analog input from a watt transducer sensing generator load. HP and LP valve
positions are sensed by their respective 0-100% actuator drive currents. Thus
the calibration of drive current to actual valve position is very critical, and should
be adjusted as close as possible.
