Application Markets:
Duckbill Check Valve is a one way valve, which is widely apply to the industrial applications, home appliances, medical accessories, etc. It uses low pressure difference to control flow and eliminate back-flow. The outlet of duckbill valve is close when no pressure, and gradually open under increasing inner pressure, to ensure liquid is expelled in fast flow without plugging. This design eliminates the need for an outside energy source. 100% rubber heat molded provides corrosion and abrasion resistance, also great function in sealing. The pressure range of Duckbill check valve for automotive open and close is able to be designed according to customers’ demand. Material of duckbill check valve could be NBR, EPDM, medical grade / food grade silicone, etc., which mainly depends on the exact applications.
