Single screw recycling film chips plastic extruder
For single screw plastic extruder, our company has two kinds of it:
1) Single Screw plastic extruder： only single stage of the plastic extruder; This plastic extruder is for standard products;
2) Two stage extrusion group:
A) Single screw plastic extruder + single screw plastic extruder:Model like to say: 120/120 , 150/150, 120/150, Etc.
B) Single screw plastic extruder + Twin screw plastic extruder; D150/65, D180/75, D200/95 & Etc.;
C) Twin Screw plastic extruder + single screw plastic extruder; 65/150, 75/180, 95/200 & Etc.;
The above two stage extrusion group is used for dirty material (recycling) need two step of screen change to filt the impurity or need to control the material's temperature or to control the technical processing and others.
Solution:
Uneven recycle crushed material lump size, impurities or excessive moisture, First single-screw machine to complete the material capacity to promote effective, rapid melting, dehydration, gas discharge and plastics, while filtering impurities the material clean, good plasticizing effect, thus greatly increase productivity, reduce labor intensity.
Single plastic extruder usually used in recycling plastic chips or films remake into the granules for further useing.
