Sodium Titanate Nanotubes Used in Lithium-ion Battery Anode Material
Spec: outer diameter: 10-15nm, inner diameter: 3-5nm, length: >1um, SSA: 300M2/G
In recent years, lithium ion batteries are
widely used in mobile electronic devices of energy, quickly occupied the
high-performance rechargeable battery market, with the development of the motor
car and the hybrid locomotive, a growing need to have a high energy density and
high discharge \ charging rate and long-life rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
Now widely proven lithium ion battery charger, limit the rate of power
generation is mainly composed of Li + solid-state diffusion in the electrode
material caused slower. As the nano-structural materials of lithium ion
diffusion distance can be reduced in solids, so people began working to develop
lithium-ion battery electrode materials nanostructures. In addition,
one-dimensional electrode structure for a lithium ion battery material exhibits
excellent rate performance, because the Li + diffusion distance is limited to
be within a range less than several tens of nanometers, is significantly
smaller than the electrode powders. Due to the special layered structure
facilitates lithium ion intercalation and deintercalation, so sodium titanate
nanotubes in recent years begun to attract attention. Li et titanate nanotubes
were added to the lithium-ion battery anode material, it showed great ability
to embed lithium, high discharge, charging performance and excellent cycle
stability.
