In the production process of electronic and semiconductor products, precise and uniform temperature are required because of the characteristics of materials. Quickly designs a heating module consists of 315 infrared lamp beads for directional heating objects. And each infrared lamp bead can be controlled by a single chip microcomputer, as a result, the temperature differences at different heating area can only be ±1°C, which greatly improves the quality of the product, and the temperature control is close to perfect.
The whole heating infrared heating tube is divided into multiple monomers, and these monomers can be controlled individually, so that it can really be heated whereever it needs to be.
