UV Curing Machine Operational Approach :
1.Preparation for startup.Before using this device, please connect the foot switch, irradiation head and power cord as required, and note that the irradiation head cannot turn on the power switch to the person.Definition of pedal switch wiring: GND common point, (CH1/CH2/CH3/CH4/ separately controlled, CH overall control,) do not insert and pull hard when the irradiating head is inserted, just insert it by rotating to find the correct direction.Hold the shrapnel at the terminal connector of the irradiating head.

3.Parameter Setting :
Press the SET key (READY lamp turns red) to enter the setting page. SET key ACTS as the cursor movement key and sets brightness percentage and time data through the direction key up and down. After setting, press the ESC key to save and exit.
Note: when the time is set to 0 seconds, the light source enters the normal lighting state.The foot pedal is pressed to light the lamp, loosen to put out the lamp.Select up and down key (1/U,2/L,3/D,4/R), press down and the LED light will turn on.Press again and turn off the LED.Total open can be performed by EMISSION.
4.Channel control mode :
⑴ Push the Key : using direction keys of panel for each channel
⑵ Pedal Mode : after connecting with pedal and through the PULSE setting up.
In order to reach high limit compatibility, Foot-Switch connector can connect with Foot-Switch, as well as PLC, MCU, Supervisory Computer of I/O. The signal of low -level output voltage continues more than 50ms.

In addition, the machine will provide RS232 Serial Port, though RS232 connector of the back panel.

2.Daily Use and Maintain
LED irradiation head is needed be cleaned regularly. Please use soft buckskin, lens paper and alcohol to clean, ensuring the irradiation intensity and good heat dissipation.
Cleaning the controller regularly. Please wipe with a little alcohol with a cleaning tool. In order to protect the surface of facility, don’t use the volatile liquid or having ammonium hydroxide ingredient to clean (diluent or benzene, etc.).

Please do no unauthorized remove the controller and UV LED irradiation head, leading the product to work abnormally.

Advantages of UV LED Spot Light Source

Service Life
Compared with the traditional UV curing equipment, the mercury lamp has a lifetime of 800 to 3000 hours, and the service life of UV LED UV curing system reaches 30,000 to 40,000 hours. No Thermal Radiation
