The plastic bearing unit SS-UCPPL204 is unique in light weight, corrosion resistance, easy installation and maintenance-free. At the same time, it has the shock absorption and shock resistance performance of common cast iron bearing seats or stamped bearing pillow block. With the continuous development of new bearing housing materials, more and more widely used in engineering. According to different situations, plastic outer spherical bearings can be made of different materials such as POM, HDPE, PP, UPE, PTFE, etc. Relative to plastic outer spherical bearings, PBT is generally used.
The most typical varieties of fluoroplastics, PTFE and PVDF have the best corrosion resistance. Among them, PTFE is the best corrosion resistance of all known engineering plastics. It can be used in all concentrated acid and alkali situations, including HF. And fuming sulfuric acid and nitric acid (more than 98%), etc., and have good high temperature performance. PTFE has been proven to be used at high temperature of 180 ℃, PVDF can also be used at 150 ℃, but PTEF material has extremely low mechanical strength and poor dimensional stability. The temperature deformation is large. Compared with PVDF, it has better comprehensive performance.
