Fast-Response Medium-Wave infrared emitters are heaters that fall between the short and standard medium-wave . Utilizing the best of both wavelength. The heaters is suitable for drying processes because of transferring heat at a medium wave spectrum. The high absorption of surface layers and films makes them particularly applicable to thin materials, while the heaters' penetrative effect renders them highly effective for use in plastics processing.

6. why coating on quartz tube surface ?
QUICKLY offers infrared emitters which coated with gold and white reflector , they can emit heat directly to the product. A gold or white coating on the infrared emitters reflects the infrared radiation. Consequently the infrared radiation impinging on the product is virtually doubled, increasing the effectiveness of the heat output. The reflection efficiency of gold coating is higher than white coating, while for the emitters with high watt density or the surface temperature of the tube above 800°C , we suggest to use ceramic coating as reflector because the temperature resistance is up to 1000°C . In addition to 180° (half-tube) coating, we also manufacture 270° coating or other customer specified degrees.
7. Why there are different wavelength IR lamps
All materials including chairs,human body, everything will absorb a fraction of the infrared spectra, reflect a fraction at the surface and allow a fraction of the radiation to pass through. Infrared lamps can realize the heating and drying purpose at a shorter time with less energy but get a good performance only when the infrared radiation which precisely matches the absorption characteristics of the product. Depending on the temperature of the heating filament, an infrared emitter can delivers distinctly different radiation at various wavelengths. Short wave radiation can penetrate deep into some solid materials and ensure a uniform through heating. Medium wave radiation is absorbed mostly in the outer surface and predominantly heats the surface.Medium wave radiation is particularly well absorbed by many plastics,glass and especially water and is converted directly into heat. So we need different lamps at different wavelength for different heating applications requests.
