We have designed one group leading rollers at the beginning of steel keel used small C purlin roll forming machine, it is for leading steel coil into machine more smoothly, it will roll together with steel coil. And because this small C purlin roll forming machine is type change design, it means one machine can produce several sizes of C purlin, so the feeding guider is adjustable designed, it can be moved to left or right side.

All the cutting molds are made from Cr12 material, it ensures the cutting blades is  hard enough and strong enough. Sometimes, the small C need with strength ribs, so we made Cr12 embossing rollers to roll forming it. When we needn't  embossing on steel keel, just lift upper this roller station on steel keel used small C purlin roll forming machine, then this group roller won't work out the strength ribs on purlin bottom position.

 This steel keel used small C purlin roll forming machine is with waste material cutting , so at the end of roll forming machine, the closed plate is inclination shape to make the wasting material fall down better.
