The Stratasys DOC-01902 DOC.UV Lamp Replacement Instruction provides detailed steps and instructions for replacing DOC.UV Lamp in Stratasys 3D printers. Here are the general steps:
1.Turn off the 3D printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for at least 30 minutes before starting the replacement process.
2.Open the printer hood by pulling the handle towards you. Locate the UV Lamp cover and remove it by pulling it towards you.
3.Locate the two latches at the top and bottom of the UV lamp. Lift the latches to release the lamp.
4.Carefully remove the old UV lamp from the printer. Be sure not to touch the lamp with your hands, as this can damage the lamp.
5.Insert the new UV lamp in the same position as the old lamp.
6.Close the latches and push them down until they click into place.
7.Replace the UV lamp cover by aligning it with the printer and pushing it inward until it clicks into place.
8.Close the printer hood.
9.Plug in the printer and turn it on.
10.After the printer initializes, perform a test print to ensure that the new UV lamp is working properly.
