Sunpal valve-regulated battery is a sealed lead-acid battery equipped with a sealed gas valve. The valve-controlled battery is in a sealed state under normal charge and discharge operation, the electrolyte will not leak, will not release any gas, will not corrode equipment, and will not pollute the environment. It does not require regular addition of water or acid. Generally, maintenance is rarely required. The grid is made of antimony-free (or low-antimony) multi-element alloy to make the positive plate to ensure the best corrosion and creep ability. The negative plate adopts lead-calcium alloy to increase the overpotential of hydrogen evolution.
Use ultra-fine glass fiber material with strong liquid absorption capacity as the diaphragm, which has good dry and wet elasticity, so that all the electrolyte with a larger concentration is stored by it without free acid (lean solution) in the battery, or electrolysis is used The combination of liquid and silica sol is a thixotropic colloid. The capacity of the negative electrode is surplus relative to the capacity of the positive electrode, so that it has the function of adsorbing oxygen and converting it into water to suppress the rate of hydrogen and oxygen gas generation. Install a one-way throttle valve (valve control cap) that automatically closes. When the battery releases surplus gas under abnormal conditions or the residual gas during long-term operation, it will be discharged through the throttle valve and then closed under pressure.
