The Highlight of Appearance Design

With double color combination & double-sided splendor, side A is shining, and side B is profound, letting user have different experiences for in / out.

The cabinet and speed gates’ outline are trapezoid, reflecting the new geometrical aesthetics.

Dividing the cabinet into red and black parts, the red part is slightly larger than the black part, which is multi-layered.

The cutting line is naturally smooth, extending from top to bottom, and the downward part is not parallel to the line around the turnstile, showing a free and unrestrained attitude.

The whole turnstile is designed with science fiction type blue light, creating a strong sense of technology.

The corners are designed with arcs to avoid sharp corner injuries to ensure the safety of users.

In addition to red & black, we have also designed white & black, blue & black. Other color assortment is also optional.

The Highlight of New Structure

Instead of the traditional sheet metal welding structure design, speed gate turnstile CPW-134Y is adopted with the original CGL assembly technology from CMOLO, which is a method suitable for the connection of the cabinet created by engineers according to the tenon-and-mortise structure of ancient buildings.

Using the original 5th generation mechanism technology created by CMOLO, the heart 'mechanism' of the turnstile has been optimized and upgraded, and the fixed way of speed gates has been redesigned, abandoning the original way of fixing speed gates with screws from the outside.

After applying the above two technologies, no screw can be seen on the surface of the cabinet, making the whole machine smoother and more exquisite.

Core logic algorithm

The speed gate turnstile adopts CMOLO® patented passing detection algorithm and matrix photoelectric stereo detection technology, which can sensitively detect illegal intrusions such as reverse passing and tailgating, and can issue warnings in the form of sound and light., and can be linked with other security systems. Using advanced servo control system and DSP+ARM motor control technology, combined with CMOLO's original motor control algorithm, it can achieve precise control and positioning of the obstacle and maintain stable performance.

Strong mechanism structure

The lossless modular mechanism structure independently developed by CMOLO and the full CNC processing technology ensure the precision, strength, concentricity of the mechanism, and the transmission ratio are accurate, efficient and stable, which can precisely control the rotation angle of the gate and reduce the loss to ensure the reliability of the mechanism, and enhance the service life of the mechanism.

All-around Pedestrian Safety Protection

Triple anti-clamping

With triple anti-clamping technologies such as infrared anti-clamping, mechanical anti-clamping and anti-collision by advanced electric current detection, speed gate turnstile can protect pedestrian safety more comprehensively.

Over-force feedback control

When the gate is momentarily subjected to an impact force beyond the safe range, the gate can be slowly pushed for a certain distance to buffer the impact force on the mechanism and the reverse impact force on pedestrians.

Anti-electric shock

All electric modules are designed to operate under the safety voltage of 24V, and configured with residual current protective device to prevent pedestrian from being injured by electric shocks.

Turnstile opens when power failure

With the independently developed advanced mechanical structure, the system will automatically unlock the gate when the power is off, and the gate can be manually pushed to open, which is convenient for pedestrian evacuation.

Emergency open

The turnstile equips with emergency escape control device, to make the system automatically open the gate to evacuate pedestrian.
