17AM thermal protector switch is widely used in lighting fixtures and HID ballasts.Regarding the overheating protection method of HID ballast,the simplest one is to install a temperature switch in the ballast circuit,and detect the temperature of the HID ballast through the temperature switch.If the temperature is too high, the temperature switch will disconnect the circuit and stop the power supply.When the ballast returns to normal temperature,the temperature switch is automatically closed and the circuit is re-energized.
