Three piece internal thread connection ball valve belongs to a kind of internal thread connection ball valve.The casting of valve body adopts the advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, which is reliable and easy to open and close.The stem adopts a down-mounted structure with an invertedseal, so that the stem will not be rushed out when the valve cavity is under abnormal pressure.
Three piece ball valve connection form has another butt welding (BW) socket welding (SW), and can be equipped with international standard ISO support platform and locking device.Can set 90° switch positioning mechanism, according to the need to lock to prevent misoperation, ball valve is a rotation of 90° valve, sealing performance is good, (full diameter ball valve) flow coefficient flow resistance coefficient is small, simple structure, long service life, easy to repair.
Three piece internal thread connecting ball valve is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, light textile, electric power, food pharmaceutical, refrigeration, paper industry system control.Driving mode: manual, electric, pneumatic.
Within three vane type Q11F PN16 ~ PN100 thread ball valve is suitable for the PN1.0 ~ 10.0 MPa, working temperature - 29 ~ 200 ℃ (seal for enhanced ptfe) or - 29 ~ 300 ℃ (seal for para polystyrene) of all kinds of piping, used to truncate or on line in the medium, choose different material, can be respectively suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and other media.
