YFL top entry cryogenic ball valves are made from low temperature resistant carbon steel and stainless steel done with cryogenic treatment to meet requirements of low temperature working conditions to avoid explosion caused by leakage of inflammable and explosive medium like liquid oxygen.
YFL top entry cryogenic ball valves features:
1. Extended stem and adiabatic plate protect the stem packing to make sure the stem seal
2. Extended stem plated with chrome or treated with nitridation to increase the hardness
3. Lip seal achieves leakage class VI according to ANSI/FCI 70-2 in cryogenic working conditions
4. Low fugitive emissions according to ISO 15848 & API 622
5. Top entry construcion makes in-line maintenance more easy
6. Floating ball and trunnion mounted ball available
7. Metal to metal seal and soft seal available
8. Top entry and side entry available
9. Fire safe, anti-static and anti-blowout stem design
10. Semi-finished parts and finished products need cryogenic treatment and pressure test
