Test Requirements
1.Openings in handles and steering wheels that allow a 0.75 by 0.75 by 1 in. test fixture to pass completely through must also allow a 1.5 by 2.5 by 1 in. test fixture to pass completely through.
2.The test fixture shall be oriented such that the 0.75-in. (1.9-cm) dimension and the 2.5-in. (6.35-cm) dimension is parallel with the major dimension of the handle or steering wheel opening.
