The duration of the output transitions can last as long as 227 milliseconds. Affected modules with all points commanded OFF are immune to these transitions.
3625N Description:	This design provides complete fault coverage without the need to influence the output signal.All SDO modules support hot-spare modules and require a separate external termination panel (ETP) with a cable interface to the Tricon backplane.
	Each set of three signals is then voted upon by a fully faulttolerant quadruplicated output switch whose elements are power transistors, so that one voted output signal is passed to the field termination.
	In the presence of specific output voter faults, a point on an affected module may transition to the opposite of the commanded state for as long as 227 milliseconds. This issue has not been reported in the field.
