Triconex 4210 is Remote Extender Module.RXMs and chassis allow I/O modulesto be located several kilometers fromthe Main Chassis. RXM sets, consistingof three identical modules, serve asrepeaters and extenders of the TriconI/O bus and provide ground loop isolation. A primary RXM set supports threeremote locations by connecting to threeremote RXM sets housed in a remotechassis.
