The TriStation protocol enables communication between a TriStation PC and a Triconex
controller. A TriStation PC can be connected to a Triconex controller through an Ethernet port
on the ACM, NCM, or TCM, or through a serial port on the EICM or TCM.
TriStation 1131 Developer’s Workbench is used to develop and monitor applications which run
in a Triconex controller. The TriStation 1131 software is compliant with Part 3 of the IEC 61131
International Standard for Programmable Controllers.
